  • Are your virtual assistants experienced?

Yes, our virtual assistants are highly skilled and experienced professionals from various fields. We carefully match our VAs with clients based on their expertise and the specific needs of each project.


  • Can my VA make international phone calls for tasks like booking international hotels, following up on a refund, etc.?

Of course, we provide your VA with a U.S. phone number to handle all kinds that require international calls.


  • Why should I hire a virtual assistant with you instead of on my own?

Hiring a virtual assistant through our agency provides expert selection, time savings, quality assurance, flexibility, and ongoing support. Our goal is to offer you a straightforward experience, from discovering the right option to seamless integration, allowing you to focus on your core tasks while we handle the rest.

Our carefully selected and proficient virtual assistants are pre-screened for their skills, saving you time and ensuring a capable match. We handle all administrative processes, sparing you from managerial duties.
We provide training in essential tasks and software to get assistants started promptly. Furthermore, we offer a dedicated support team available for any assistance the VA may require. Additionally, our assistant's performance is assessed continuously to guarantee you receive the best service.


  • How does Simply Done work?

Partnering with us is pretty simple. First, schedule a free consultation with our team. We want to chat with you so we can select the perfect candidate based on your needs, preferences, and both your company's and personal requirements. Once we have found your ideal assistant, we will onboard them and let you know their start date via email. 


  • What types of plans are available? What are your pricing options and payment terms?

We offer three different plans to choose from based on your current needs. Our small plan (40 hours per month) is $400 per month, our part-time plan (80 hours per month) is $800 per month, and our full-time plan (160 hours per month) costs $1600 per month. Payment can be made biweekly or monthly. Our services can be canceled at any time by notifying us at least 15 days in advance.

Clients have the option to choose between two payment frequencies: Every 15 days or every 30 days. For the first payment, clients are required to make an upfront payment for the initial 15-day period. In the event of late payments, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

We accept payments through two primary methods: PayPal and bank transfer.


  • What if I need to scale up or down my virtual assistant services?

We understand that your needs can change. You can easily adjust your virtual assistant services by contacting our team. We're flexible and will work with you to accommodate your evolving needs.


  • What about your business hours?

Our office hours are from 8a.m to 6p.m from Monday to Friday*. During these hours, all employees are expected to be available to answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.

*For full-time assistants (8 hours, with a 1-hour lunch break). 

  • What if I'm not satisfied with my virtual assistant's performance?

If you're not completely satisfied with your virtual assistant, please let us know, and we'll work to solve any issues or assign a different assistant if necessary.


  • How do you ensure the security of sensitive information?

We take data security seriously. Our virtual assistants are bound by strict confidentiality agreements, and we employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard your sensitive information.


  • Can I request my assistant to sign an  NDA (non-disclosure agreement)?

Absolutely, your virtual assistant has the option to sign a company NDA. Furthermore, they also enter into a contract with us that addresses client confidentiality.


  • How can hiring an outsourced VA result in cost savings?

Hiring a remote outsourced assistant can lead to savings in various areas, such as office space, equipment, training, recruitment, and tools. Additionally, our fixed fees are significantly lower than other agencies’ while maintaining high-quality work standards.
